How do I become an authorized wholesale customer?

To become an authorized wholesale customer, please fill out our New Customer Application Form. Once submitted, we will review your application and process it within 2 business days. When approved, you'll receive an email confirmation and you will be able to  log in to our site, view our catalog with wholesale pricing and make purchases.

I'm an approved vendor. How do I access wholesale pricing?

As an approved customer, you can access our wholesale pricing by logging in
through the Returning Customer Login link. Enter the email you used to register,
and your password, and you to gain access to our wholesale pricing.

What are the order minimums for wholesale purchases?

Our wholesale orders require a minimum opening order of $200 and a minimum
re-order value of $100. These thresholds are in place to maintain the quality and
exclusivity of our wholesale partnerships.

How is shipping calculated for wholesale orders?

Shipping cost for all orders is capped at 15% of the order total for Ground
shipping service.
However, should the actual cost that is calculated based on the total weight
and volume of the items purchased be less than 15%, you will only be charged
that amount.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your card will be charged for in-stock items once your order is ready to be
shipped.

How can I track my order?

As soon as a shipping label has been generated for your order, you will receive
a confirmation email with a tracking number for you to track your order with. Or,
log into our site and go to your order history, the order detail will show the
tracking number

Do you accept custom order requests?

We do offer custom product requests to orders that meet our requirement of
minimum quantities that generally varies based on the product style. We pride
ourselves in offering a full turnkey operation with a quick turnaround time.

Once an order is placed, when will it ship?

All orders for in-stock items received by 2 pm
EST on our website will be shipped within 2 business days. Once dispatched to UPS, orders are generally received
within 2-5 business days depending upon your shipping zone.

What methods of shipping do you offer?

In addition to offering standard Ground and Express Shipping.
